BLUE COUCH - $200 3 piece sectional couch; Sofa + chaise. Dimensions: 84” x 97” (total; as seen in image) 55.5” x 37” (love seat) 37” x 37” (corner piece) 47” x 37” (chaise piece) Couch is in good condition with exceptions of fabric pleading as shown in photos with normal wear and tear, and torn bottom fabric (easily replaceable). head rests no longer stay up. BOOK CASE ($100/each OR $150 for 2) Mahogany book case w/ 6 shelves Dimensions: 79.5” x 31.5” x 11.25” (H x W x D) Very good condition with little damage to wood. Cases are leaning forward slightly as they are a few years old but have held quite a bit of weight regardless. 1 book case backing has slid down but could easily be glued back into place (as shown in 2nd photo) BOOK SHELF - $30 Mahogany, open back design bookshelf Dimensions: 26” x 27.5” x 10” (H x W x D) Good condition. Damage to corner of wood on shelves and the finishing along the top shelf. Slight wobble but overall still sturdy. COFFEE / SIDE TABLE - $20 Simple wood coffee / side table with glass top. Very good condition with small marker stain on the inside, under the bottom shelf. Dimensions: 16” x 17.75” x 14” (H x W x D) . . . I do not have a truck so you must be able to transport.
