Must pick up and moved down from a 3 floor walk up (on 3rd floor). I can help work disassembling the futon before carrying down the stairs. There’s no elevator. Base/metal frame which is the legs/futon stand separates from the top futon leather mattress. First to come pick it up and bring it down the 3 flights of stairs to their own car parked in front of the building on the street gets the couch. Money is optional. Free if willing to move it out sooner than later. Must arrange time to pick up and be on time and show up or item goes to the next available person on the list.
