These are not meant for any low top style shoes. Cannot be used on steel or rubber toed boots. These were design to fit flat soled boots and are best for hiking, platform, combat, and ankle boots. TARGET STRETCH: This stretcher is designed to raise the HEIGHT of the instep and vamp area and will NOT affect the width. It helps relieve the pressure on top of your foot with tight fitting shoes.
