1945 Singer Model 221 “Featherweight” – Original Case & Accessories – Working Condition Vintage 1945 Singer Model 221 sewing machine (Serial #AG545804), allotted September 19, 1945 from Singer’s Elizabethport, New Jersey factory. This beautiful machine has been in my family for years. I received it from my grandfather, who originally got it from a friend during his business days. It has been well cared for and comes in its original case, along with lubricants and assorted maintenance accessories. The Model 221 — commonly known as the “Featherweight” — is highly sought after for its durability, portability, and classic design. These machines are known for their smooth stitching and reliability, and this one is currently in working condition.
