The futon itself has virtually no use. It features an unfinished pine frame that folds out to a double bed. It's in great shape. The frame is older but fine, and the futon itself is basically new. It is disassembled for storage and moving. It can be moved in most cars or an SUV. Assembly is simple - 5 wooden parts, 8 bolts, 2 screws, and 6 wooden pegs. --- ** If you’re close by (Trinity Bellwoods / Palmerston Little Italy) curbside delivery may be possible.
