Includes one thermal bag. The unit is blue and white. It is programmable and comes with a digital timer. It features a high/low temperature setting. It is used to heat wax for your hands and feet. You dip your hands/feet into the wax and then take it out to dry. Repeat 5 times. Put it into the plastic bag and put the mitts over top to keep the heat in. When cooled, break the wax up while hands/feet are in the plastic bag. It also includes the original instruction manual. Very soothing for arthritic hands and feet
