I am looking for a roommate who has similar enough lifestyle habits as me so we can get along well. Some habits that have stood out in the past have been sleep and cooking habits. I’m ISO an early riser who has things to do during the day, and sleeps through the night. Someone who cooks and eats during the day/evening at a table (not in the middle of the night or in bed). Someone goal oriented, focused, and would appreciate an environment that has almost zero distractions, and is very conducive of concentration, learning, and working. There are many desks in here, it’s very desky, and conducive of work from home lifestyle. Three TV’s in this apartment, each room has its own desk and TV, so working alone or in the same room are both possible, I enjoy a bit of social time, and also a lot of peace. There is an assortment of exercise equipment in the unit, including dumbbells from 2 lbs to 25 lbs, and barbell weights up to 100 lbs, a workout bench, running square, stair climber, and some yoga stuff. Most rooms have been freshly painted including ceilings, there’s a bit of work to do in the bathroom and kitchen. This is a leased apartment that has recently changed hands of owners, and no change to the lease will be made. A clear and fair agreement will be made between the two of us to make things secure and fair. Location: Cliffside Village, Glen Everest Heights, Scarborough Heights. The space is mostly suitable only for someone who does not need a parking spot. This is a three storey low rise apartment building with 10 units, my unit is on the second floor, there’s one set of stairs to climb to get to my unit. We are in me floor above ground with a kitchen, and living room view of Lake Ontario. Unit - A private room is being offered, and shared kitchen, bathroom, living room, and all rooms are fully furnished, so use of all the apartments room and things is available minus my bedroom. Total number of people living here is 2 right now, 3 once I find a roommate. Access Needs - There are stairs to enter the building, one flight of about 9 stairs to climb to reach my floor, no other stairs inside the unit, to do laundry its 2 sets of stairs to the basement, no elevators in this building, it is not accessible for those with accessibility needs.
