Pannier Bike Rack and Fenders

Came off my bike which has 26" tires. No cracks, no chips. Still in good shape. Comes with all hardware expect the Pannier. You will need the bolt that secures it on the bike. Can be picked up at a bike shop for free or for a few bucks. Must pick up or local meet up. I can ride my bike and meet you somewhere or tou can pick up at my house. Looking for 25$ for the bike parts. Looking to get new brakes and want to off set the cost a bit. Thank you.
