This splint is adjustable and fits both the left and right foot. It is designed to help with heel pain (often worst in the AM with plantar fasciitis) and provides support as well as puts the calf and plantar fascia on stretch (I’m a physio 😉 - make sure to combine with exercises from a physio!).
