In excellent working condition (was tested prior to posting). It does require new batteries though. Requires 3 - C Batteries (see photo). It has 2 settings: 1. Drive mode: the toy will slowly drive along the floor while the top tray spins and pops out the balls. This setting is great for encouraging crawling in babies. 2. Push mode: allows the child to push the toy My kids have outgrown it but it was a favourite. The toy is in excellent working condition! Includes 5 balls as shown in photos. Asking: $5
