Please give my 10” Plant a new home 💚

Please give my lovely plant a chance to grow bigger! I am hoping to find a plant-lover as a new owner to rehome this lovely 10” plant that I bought from Canadian Tire two years ago for $34.99 plus tax. She is healthy and keeps growing every year, and should really be replanted in the ground or at least in a much bigger pot. I unfortunately live in a small condo, and cannot provide her with the best environment for her to keep growing to her best possible state (see her roots are coming out showing she really wants to grow bigger to her potential). Feel free to ask questions about her (although I may not know a lot about plants).. Pick up at Leslie/Sheppard near North York IKEA. From smoke-free pet-free home. Need to find a new owner for her by Fall/Winter please. Thank you!
