Pop-Up/Pull-Out Sectional Sofa Bed - Charcoal

Large left-facing sectional with pop-up sofa bed and storage in chaise. *Needs repair* —> The loveseat’s seat’s center bar (a wood 2x2 bar) is broken in the middle. The pop-up bed supports/holds the seat up where the broken bar should, so it can be used as a normal sectional as is, but it requires the bar to be fixed/replaced/repaired to use the pop-up bed. If you have tools, it should be a relatively easy fix. - Colour: charcoal/dark grey - Dimensions: 102” // 259cm (Width) x 64” // 163cm (Depth) x 41” // 104cm (Height) - Non-smoking home. - Pet-friendly home (but dog is non-shedding, hypoallergenic, and does not like to be on furniture). - The fabric has a professional protective sealant and it is generally covered with pet/waterproof blankets. - No stains or tears on fabric — it is cosmetically perfect and super comfy! - The storage in the chase is big enough to fit a human and my king size sheets fit the bed well when it’s pulled-out/popped-up. - Comes apart in 10 pieces for convenient transport. - I can help lift/carry it out, but I cannot deliver it. - pick up location is near Burquitlam Skytrain Station. - I bought it from Leon’s for $2,400 less than 2 years ago; they still carry it as a special order for $2,100.
