No stains, lightly used (I’m the only one in the house so minimal wear and tear). This comes from a pet, child, and non-smoking home. UNIQUE, practical, medium-soft greige couch / sofa bed: - Left facing sectional with storage underneath the sectional compartment - Pulls out into a double size sofa bed - 2 stools tuck under the wider R side armrest for extra seating - zipper removable cushion & large back cushion covers (these have been removed & washed recently!) - Couch is completely modular and clicks to connect: both arms, sectional, and posterior back support all come apart. This would be easily transportable in a very large SUV or truck (might take 2 trips) or a standard van! - 92” wide x 32” deep (57” with bed pulled out) x 27” high Note, there is some mild, unnoticeable sun fading; you can only see it when you pull out the section underneath to make it into a sofa bed. Selling because I want a non-sectional to increase my living room space. Pickup only on Lake Shore Blvd W near Bathurst. You will need to organize a large enough vehicle for transport as well as bring in additional prison to assist you because I cannot do the lifting.
