152 Morningside Avenue, Scarborough Private room on main floor of a shared house (5 others) with all utilities included (AC, heating, hydro, water, internet). Keypad lock on front door and physical key lock on bedroom. Room is furnished with a double bed, pillow, duvet, wardrobe, and desk. 2 washrooms (1 on main floor and 1 in basement), both have showers. Kitchen includes 2 shared fridges (1 for each floor), stove, oven, microwave, and toaster. Laundry is free on-site. Backyard accessible to all tenants. Across the street from a convenience store and restaurants. 6-minute bus ride from a shopping plaza. 10-minute bus from Centennial College and 15-minute bus from UofT Scarborough. 30-minute bus to the nearest subway station (Kennedy). 116 bus stop right outside the house. 8-month lease (September 1st to April 30th), which can be extended. I signed a 1-year lease (May 1st, 2024 to April 30th, 2025) and have to move for work. If interested, you will be put in contact with the landlord. Please contact for more photos.
