Private room for short-term rental

I'll be temporarily away from my place and will have a vacancy for one person for my private room in a fully furnished room and house. Please contact me If you're someone looking for temporary accommodation 10 minutes away from scott road skytrain station. The room is available from 1st JUNE to AUGUST END. I need a minimum commitment for the full month of JUNE. There'll be 4 other housemates who will be sharing the house with you. Everyone is friendly and welcoming so you'll feel just like home. I am looking for someone who is clean and responsible. Additional expenses apart from rent: - gas - hydro charges , Wifi is free. I'll require a half month of rent as a Security Deposit.
