It has been less than a year since I bought the new frame and mattress this January. Purchase price : New frame for $495 and a mattress for $330 Resale price: 190 Left side of the Bed frame head moves a little when it is floating. It does not move when it is leaned against the wall. This is reflected in the resale price. Other than that, both mattress and frame are just like new. No stain, no dent, looks and feels new.
