Rare OpenMoko Neo FreeRunner GTA02 and prototype dev boards! I cannot find any other examples of these devices for sale. These were developed in the late 2000s as an open-source alternative to other smartphones, and this one is a great example. Previously owned by one of the developers for the OpenMoko project, it has been well used and is running what I believe to be an Alpha release of software. The GTA02 device is complete, and boots into Linux. The touchscreen works, though since it is an alpha build things are a little unstable. Also included are two prototype boards - one of which is the GTA03, which was to be the successor to the GTA02 until the project was cancelled. As far as I know there were only ever 3 working prototypes. The other board is a GTA04, which is significantly more developed. Both prototype boards are untested, as I have no other parts than the bare boards, which have been stored in an antistatic bag. This bundle is perfect for collectors - these devices almost never come up for sale, and especially not the development boards. Happy shopping!
