Maybe if you are handy you can make the fixes needed to get it to fold easily. I recommend keeping it unfolded.* Foot rest has crack. Some wear to fabric. Some dirty spots. Some plastic broken. One back brake not working. It works fine for a stroller not needing to fold down. Smooth riding Tandem ....front good for a baby...back good for a toddler. Caboose tandem stroller.
