A U type lock gives a significant level of security protection for anything that is used on. The unit has a solid bar that is locked to the base unit. It is released by a key ( 2 provided ). The cylinder lock is protected from the weather by a vinyl coating with a sliding cover. Be safe and protected. The limit is 250mm long and 165mm wide which should be enough to go round most frames, wheels and around a suitable locking point.
