Location, Budget and Timing: My friend and I looking are for 2 good single private rooms/a floor to rent in Scarborough/TO (preferably the southeast end area or nearish to Centennial College) beginning March 1st, 2023 or afterwards. Our budget is at a $450-$750 monthly rate each (or $900-$1500 for both). A townhouse, house, or apartment is fine. A floor rental is fine too if within our budget.
