Navy Mermaid Prom Dress

My old prom dress! Only worn twice, so like new! The dress is Navy and was hemmed to floor length for me with heels on (I'm 5'4"). Nice V neck that doesn't plunge too low, and a ruffle from below the bust to the floor. Very flattering without showing too much skin! Size XXS but quite a bit of stretch to it, I think you could fit small but not medium. Asking $40 pickup near Langley Costco.
