Condition: Patio set is still in good shape, needs a coat of paint or to be stripped right down and stained to natural color. -This patio furniture has seen the elements a bit as we couldnt store anywhere except under partial cover that the house provided on the side, but it has held strong for the most part. -The table has a lifted board in the middle and one slightly broken one on the far left side or right depending on which way you are looking at. -Also has circular stains on the middle of the table. This can easily be sanded down and repainted or Stripped down to bare and stained. -The set has been cleaned and sterilized with commercial cleaner.
