Off white, thin, metal hangers with a velvet coating. Hangers are strong and can hold a lot of weight. Velvet coating prevents clothes from sliding off the hanger. Selling 25 hangers for $20. Very lightly used and no damage. Hanger top can swivel as shown in last image.
