The tights are closed toes and stretchy The mesh tulle skirt from waist to bottom is 11.5 inches The waist stretches upto 24 inches **Note: look at last photo there is a small marker mark or some stain near the bottom It can be easily hidden if that is going to be the bottom. This is a lightweight dance set I have other styles of dance outfits available Your little one would be very excited to dance in this set!! It doesn't look too busy if they're shy.
