In the essay "The Myth of Sisyphus", Camus introduces his philosophy of the absurd: man's futile search for meaning, unity, and clarity in the face of an unintelligible world devoid of God and eternal truths or values. The illustration inside Camus head shows Sisyphus pushing the stone. A detail that is highlighted is a chain holding a rock. When Sysiphus accepted the absurd, his life has become easier (chain is helping him metaphorically) , and therefore his infinite job of pushing the stone. I use a Fabriano Carta Crea 160g paper."
