Solid and sturdy cat tower/tree

I just bought this for my cat from Amazon for $100. My cat is a little older and just not quite agile enough for it anymore. I can't return it because I have nothing to ship it back in (I threw out the box). She has been on it a few times, only because I put her on it. I'll make sure it's clean. asking $65... I need it to go asap
