81I made this from yards and yards if taffeta. This was all cut into wide strips and the edges of the strips are all nicely finished. No raw edges. Gathered onto a wreath form. Several hours in the making. This can be trimmed with Christmas ribbons or ornaments. It can be dressed for many different occasions
