This Nesco food dehydrator comes with recipes and instructions. It's a white plastic unit perfect for drying fruits, vegetables, and making jerky. Includes multiple trays for ample drying space. The lid is a little cracked and one of the layers has been glued. If you'd prefer to omit this layer, everything else works without it.
