Trade/Free with purchase - Black & White Polka Dot Tulle Dress - XS - NWOT Black & white polka dot dress with a tulle skirt. The dress is short sleeved and has a round neckline. The tulle skirt is layered and has a ruffled hem. Photos does not do this dress justice (it looks so much better on!). No size tag but definitely an XS! I have more photos available then I can post. This dress is new without tags. The plastic tag holder is still attached to the dress tag. This dress also has fixable damage; the topmost layer of tulle requires reinforcement with stronger threads. While I enjoy mending my clothes and like this dress, I have too many items to be worked on at the moment. May be appropriate for a dress up event/kids play/craft projects. Approx 25” at max length, 10 inches at waist (unstretched), 2.5“ sleeves from armpit, 9” shoulder to end of sleeve. — I don’t have a car. I also have limitations to how much UV or cold I can be exposed to so I can’t always meet at outdoors.
