32' citation travel trailer. Has 2 manual tip outs. Bathroom has window and ceiling vent with fan, Full bath tub, holding tank is emptied. Queen bedroom with queen size bed. Mirrored double door closet, 2 nightstands. Bedroom has 3 windows. Roof is in good condition and was rerubberized in 2022. The front has a small leak and has made the floor soft by sliding door/couch. I think coming from the window above the couch but can't seem to locate. All windows open and work well, can leave open in rain as they tilt out. 10 windows in total. Has good size fridge in new condition. Appliances and plumbing worked as of 2 years ago.
