Unique Balcony/Garden Planter w Glass Bell

This is an unusual item as was meant to be a freestanding wine or champagne cooler. I purchased it with the intention of using it as unique planter for my balcony. It was not used. The removable glass bell is in perfect condition and measures 12” in diameter and is roughly 8.5” deep inside. The bell sits inside a wrought iron frame fashioned to look like an ice cream parlour chair. Again, this item was never used.
