Metal Frame and Shelf. Measurements in last photos. So I'm clutz. I tried putting this together on my own and had a slight mis-hap trying to attach the padded seat. See Pictures. I'm sure it's an easy fix for someone who is handy, maybe just move the hinge. It still works great, I just put the padded seat on top. Hindges will be in a bag inside with the screws.
