Lease takeover - West End (pet friendly)

Incredibly quiet west end studio with washer, dryer, dishwasher and balcony! This is a pet friendly unit on the fourth floor. There is electronic entry and parcel locker in the lobby. I need to move to support family by the end of the month, which means you will have three months left on the lease with option to extend. Much of my furniture can be purchased as well!
