Vintage 18k gold orchid earrings

These earrings capture all the beauty and delicacy of orchids, with their ruffled edges and textured surfaces that capture in gold the mottled petals of the actual flowers. They are made of 18 karat yellow gold, with the subtle use of white gold and rose gold for the labellum (the central downward-facing petal). SIZE: 57mm long (from the top of the earwire to the bottom of the orchid) x 23mm wide. The last photo shows an earring on a life-sized model of a head and ear, to get a sense of scale. WEIGHT: 7.6 grams total. These earrings are light and comfortable to wear.
