Vintage Mayan Temple Rubbings

Two very unique & colourful Mayan pieces. Prefer to be sold together but willing to consider selling individually. 1. Certified rubbing from the Mayan Cecijema Tulum Temple in beautiful green & teal blue. Incredible hieroglyphics. 16” x 26” 2. The Jaguar “Balam” - holding a human heart - is a reproduction of the Jaguar God found at the Cichen Itza site. Balam was a symbol of power, ferocity and courage and believed to be Ruler of the Night. I believe this to be a rubbing of a ceramic reproduction. It is a rare & unique piece of art. 20.5” x 23 1/2” Both are professionally framed with triple mattes. In like new condition. These are not prints.
