Vintage Statue with Base

This statue has been in its same spot since purchased in the 60s or 70s. Moving and need this gone because I have nowhere to put. With this price I am including the base that she stands on eventhough it was purchased separately. Measurement from hat to bottom of statue is 27". Measurement from top of base to bottom is 17".
