If you aren’t familiar with SOUS Vide cooking… you basically use this tool to heat water in a bin or pot. It cooks items inside a cooking bag to the perfect temperature. I used it 2 times and Im just old fashioned, personally couldn’t get into that style of cooking. I can say the biggest perk was not having to scrub pots and it’s very energy efficient. I’m more of a baker or air fryer kind of person. Open to Trades for juicer, kitchen mixer, nice blender, or food processor.
