The item is sold as is, as found, and as you see it. The sale is for a wood framed MCM vtg chunky yellow lucite fish wall hanging. The wood frame is a medium colored wood, not sure of wood type. Framed inside as well. He has green tinged painted areas in wood and is varnished. The front is yellow lucite in between the wood framed areas. The yellow can sometimes have an area of pale brown tinge. The eye is an amber ball with clear lucite inside. I'm not sure if tis plastic, etc... The back is not chunky, more flat with wavy lines inside the lucite itself, or crevices. There are red colors in the lucite in the flatness on the backside. It has a wire for hanging as well. Good condition with age related issues. Dirty in crevices. Some areas in wood frame are unvarnished; not sure if varnish is chipped or intentionally left unvarnished. The fish has a slit vertical hole in clear lucite area near the eye. Looks more like a flaw that was made that way. Wood can be dark, unfinished areas and patches with green. No wood is cracked or broken off from what I can see. There could be separations in wood pieces from other wood pieces. Heavy for size and fragile. Has to be handled with care. Could be hole flaws like near eye in lucite. There could be small areas of yellowing in varnish due to age. All areas darkened by age and tarnish. See all pics for they are part of description.
