This vintage collectible teapot was made by Cardew Teapots in England and is called the Shoe Cleaning Teapot and as you see, the lid of the teapot depicts all kinds of ceramic/china shoe items. Great condition. I have seen this particular teapot advertised from $60-$140, but I no longer collect and it must go.
