Wall mounted fold down desk

Selling a gently used wall mounted fold down desk. 31.5” long by 24” wide at largest dimension. Can fold down to 14.25” wide or all the way down, leaving just the back piece which is about 3” wide. Needs 6 wall anchors for installation (not included) but can include original screws. It's in great condition and ready for a new home! Has a few small watermarks on the top but works perfectly fine. Perfect for working from home or just general use in a small space. Can hold up to 50lbs. Will throw in ikea black roller chair for $20.
