WATERFRONT COTTAGE Rental Short term Licences to rent by the City of Kawartha Lakes Located on the water of Lake Scugog in the Kawartha lake With a big lot with lots privacy, a fire pit outdoor, with a stunning view of the sunset over looking the lake. Great for fishing,1.5 hour or less from Toronto. Great place for the whole family and friends to have fun and enjoy. Perfect for kids, fishing on the dock, There is bench seating on the dock etc. There is a 10 foot Jon boat, kayak and canoe, optional life jackets are available of different sizes. Please email me for availability. July long weekend available It has 3 bedrooms, 1 queen and 2 double and 1.5 bathroom, which can comfortably accommodate 5 or 6 guests Can sleep 6 comfortable. It has a fully equipped kitchen ( fridge, stove, oven, toaster oven, coffee maker, BBQ with propane, etc.). The reservation/security deposit automatically converts to a damage deposit upon arrival. The damage deposit is NOT applied towards rent; however, it is fully refundable provided nothing in the cottage is damaged/broken. I will also provide liquid soap and shampoo to shower, toilet paper, BBQ, dishes pots and pans, garbage bag, utensil, kettle, toaster oven, microwave, fridge, and dinette set. dish soap. All are sanitized according to Ontario permit laws. I will not be supplying towels, or any personnel item. Also Winter rental is welcome from Oct. 2024 to April/May 2025 Monthly rate plus bills.
