The Brick Montana Sectional + Storage Ottoman, Taupe

We’re selling our Montana sectional and matching storage ottoman from The Brick because we’re getting a new sofa. We bought it new in 2023 and have really enjoyed it. It’s a large, comfortable sectional with lots of room to stretch out or sit together as a family. The taupe colour is neutral and easy to match with different styles. This set comes from a pet-free, smoke-free home and has been well cared for. Included: 2-piece sectional, Matching storage ottoman. Approximate dimensions: Sectional: 116.5" W x 87" D x 37" H, Section that comes out from the 3-seat piece: 64", Ottoman: 44" W x 25" D x 18" H. The ottoman works well as a footrest, extra seating, or coffee-table-style centre piece, and it also has storage inside. Condition: Overall, the sectional and ottoman are in very good used condition and still look great. We just want to be fully transparent about two small issues: The ottoman storage opens and closes normally, but the support that should hold the lid open no longer keeps it up. The storage still works fine, the lid just needs to be held open. There is a tiny hole underneath one of the seats where a very small part of the internal structure is slightly coming through. It is underneath, not visible during normal use, and does not affect comfort or function. Other than that, everything is looking great. This is a large sectional, so please check the measurements and make sure it will fit your space and entryway before pickup. Pickup in Welland.
