Easy to Use. This set has a unique design with a 3 phase aeration and oxygenation system that brings decanting to a whole new level. Phase One: The process begins by pouring wine into the higher section. Phase Two: The wine decanter displays again this time through the holes in the specially designed thinner phase. Phase Three: The wine continues to infuse and the air oxygenation provides super aeration at the bottom of the decanter. This combination increases the depth of flavour, allowing wine to rest in the decanter ending the journey by the final wine coming to the top ready for serving.
