Looking for space | Near Queensboro plaza or Court square

Date: May 12 (night around 10pm)-May 15(early morning around 6am) Budget: $150 per night Preferred Location: Near Queensboro plaza or Court Square Station Room Type: 1 Bed / 1 Bath or Studio with 1 Bath Capacity: 2-3 people My family will be visiting New York for the first time, and since I live with a roommate, I’m unable to accommodate them in my apartment. So I’m looking for a nearby space for their stay. They will mostly be out during the day for tour and will return in the evening just to shower and sleep. No guests other than my family members will enter the space. We will ensure the unit is kept very clean and left in excellent condition upon checkout. If needed, we are open to discussing a security deposit for any potential concerns regarding damages or cleanliness. My parents are particularly attentive to cleanliness, so we are looking for a well-maintained space and will treat it with great care.
