it's a child-sized play umbrella. I think it's never been used. The spokes are all in good condition, no holes, opens and closes smoothly. I'm not convinced it would be fully waterproof in a downpour, but should be good in a light rain or for shade from the sun, or for play and imagination :) If you're interested- message me and let me know what day you'd like to pick up.
