2012 Nissan Xterra - 3" lifted - tow hitch with outlet - The back folds down into a completely flat surface — perfect for throwing down a mattress and sleeping in on your trips. This Xterra has been loved and meticulously maintained, always serviced at Mini Tune in Kitsilano. I’ve taken care of everything before it ever became a problem, so you’re getting a reliable rig that’s ready. What’s been done: - Just serviced! no issues, runs perfect. it is ready to go for another 5000km or until February 2027 without any oil change. - BF Goodrich tires with Ply 10 (seriously tough) with still 14mm (new tire is 16mm) of tread left. - Brakes and discs only 7,000 km old. - New windshield. - Both camshaft sensors replaced proactively — before they could ever fail. Basically anything that had a chance of breaking down has already been replaced. TPMS light is on only because of the outdoor rims — nothing mechanically wrong. Mileage: 293,000 km. Not to worry, these Xterras are legendary for reliability. Plenty of more kilometers to go. I've loved this car and it's carried me through a lot of great memories.
