She is an author, and former politician from Northern Ireland.
She's the second daughter of the late Democratic Unionist Party leader, and Northern Ireland's former First Minister, Ian Paisley.
She signed, and dated (1987) this watercolour in the lower left, and entitled it "At Scrabo".
It's framed under glass, and measures 15 x 19 1/2 inches with frame.
Painting and frame are both in good condition.
