Dell Laptop - Needs Setup as it's been reset

Barely used Dell laptop. Black with a carbon fibre-like finish. Ready for setup. Includes charger. I reset it so all my info was off and you can set it up to your liking as if it was a brand new computer. Only issue is it's missing the rubber grip on the bottom of laptop to keep it from sliding on the table and a scratch on the top. Perfect condition otherwise.
