Condition: This pair, in particular, has been altered to fit a smaller thigh than the original. It's been sewn and taken in by an inch 1/2. From 9" to 7.5". There is also what looks like an exacto knife cut along the top. Luckily, it's on the inside left boot and is hardly noticeable. Note: I have another pair also NWOT that has NOT been altered with a thigh W9". It's priced higher as it was not altered.
