Two small bracelets #freecycle 🩷🖤

Two small bracelets (I think they’re bracelets but not entirely sure.) Black and pink. 🖤🩷 They might be able to be used as hair ties, as I’ve seen some hair ties that look like this. But not sure if they can be used as hair ties as they’re a bit stiff. Never been used. Can stretch to accommodate as shown in second picture.
